Inhibitory and anti-Cancer Effects of Crataegus azarolus Extracts on Gastric Cancer Cell Line (AGS)

Extracts from certain plants contain compounds with health potentials minimal effects; such plant Crataegus azarolus commonly called hawthorn. hawthorn have been found exert negative viability many via number pathways both in vivo vitro. Herein, we aimed investigate possible anti-proliferative methanolic acetone extracts C. leaves human adenocarcinoma gastric cell line (AGS). Standard phytochemical analysis were qualitatively characterize leaf contents. AGS treated 48 h different concentrations (10, 50, 100, 250, 500 µg/ml).
